Good gameplay and all that But the 60s adds with blasting loud volume is a killer, with no way to presilence the ads unless your phone itself is on silent

Thank you for your reply to my previous post. Could you please clarify the following that was previously mentioned / asked. 1. Do you advise players NOT fuse purple equipment as there is no higher level to reach? You have advised to “enter game settings, click restore and restart the game to reload game data”. Does this indicate that people playing should NOT fuse purple equipment as they will need to restore their app to undo what the app implies players should do to progress (fuse equipment) in the game? 2. Is there a higher level to reach above purple for equipment? 3. If not, why is there an option to fuse purple equipment if in doing so will only result in a player making a backward step in the game? 4. If players fuse purple equipment will they lose all their hard work playing for countless hours and end up with one purple piece of equipment that has less capabilities than before fusing their equipment? 5. Was there a glitch in the game when I fused all my purple bright spears (one of which had reached its maximum strength) that caused me to lose countless hours of gameplay? I was left with one purple bright spear which strength went back to its original starting level. I believe their is a glitch in the game. There doesn’t seem to be a higher level when fusing purple items in ones collection. And when there’s the option to do so you lose all your hard work (countless hours) and need to start again all over again. There should NOT be an option to fuse purple equipment if it is going to result in countless hours of gameplay being lost. I absolutely love Archero and find things to do constantly after I’ve completed others ( if that makes sense). I love what the devs are doing with the game and would like to see what is added next. There’s so many things to do and different game modes to play. This game is 🔥💯/💯

This is a good game. The controls feel really good and it’s satisfying to take down monsters through each level while building your kit to suit your needs. Like other mobile games, there is just too much bloat. It’s hard to know what is what when there are so many different menus and items to get. It becomes overwhelming and you end up spending more time clicking through menus then actually playing the game.

I loved the fact that this game never forced ads on you. They were always, and I mean always, optional. I’ve since learned though that this apps privacy policy is awful. They’re taking a lot of data and tracking you. So showing ads aren’t enough, they’re also making us the product. Until this changes, I can’t play or recommend this game at all. Steer clear if you value your privacy.

Great gameplay loop, horrible UI.

I have been playing this game for more than two years. I love the game however, they should increase the drop hate of some heroes shards. It is frustrating the amount of time that is necessary to take all the 50 shards to claim a hero and when you claim it is IMPOSSIBLE to upgrade the stars of the hero.

The constant network problems are becoming really annoying, please fix them

The game is fun, lots of events and updates designed to extract money from the players, but it is fun so offers more value than others out there. But the real problem is with support, they clearly lack staff and training when it comes to help player resolve issues. I literally lost items due to network issue and there are persistent bugs on my account, yet when I reached out multiple times in different channels, all I received was a standard response that is not helpful. They didn’t even read or try to understand my issue, when I followed up they just ignored me. Stay away from this game.
