even if you purchase packs, customer service won’t help you incase you encounter problems. don’t even try to waste time here

Ads lie
Even tho the ads show actual gameplay of the game one ad shows a whole different game. Pick up everything??? What do you pick up here.
Exciting at first but gets boring after a while
Progression is too slow in this game and you will literally get bored of it on top of being stuck in your power level unless you purchase in game currency. Literally a cash grab app. Shame on the developers 👎
Full of bugs
This game is full of bugs. I've encountered a lot of issues regarding my items. After using blacksmith to upgrade my items, they just vanished
Crashing
This game crashes so offen on ipad 2017 that you just get used to it. Even cod mobile, a 3d game, has better performance than this! Shame!
Bug Issue in Blacksmith Fusing
Can you fix in blacksmith fusing Network issue and item after restart the game item lose.
Game Bug
i open multiple times obs chest at first time then it didnt deduct my gems and i thought its free for 2days i didnt sleep well that day. then after that day i cant open it for free. and then the next day admin of the game send me a mail it says im doing malicious doing or cheat because i open multiple times the obs chest. and give me a penalty every gem i will get or farm it will directly or automatically deduct to pay equivalent cost of the obs chest i opened. they accused me doing cheat which i didnt do. i send a mail to them and still no response.
Uninstall.
Network issue scam. Everytime you merge an equipment it will show network error even if you have stable connection, after the network issue appears your about to merge equipment will be gone. Waste of time.
