Récupérer son compte
Le jeu est incroyable mais le seul problème que je peux dire c’est que on peut pas récupérer son ancien compte et sa c’est vraiment dommage car mon ancien compte était sur mon huawei et maintenant je suis sur iPhone et j’ai aucune possibilité de récupérer mon je dois tout recommencer du début.
Love the game, but
I love the game and spend around 10€/ month for some game enhancers. I think that in the beginning you get a lot of stuff when an event starts, but after a while we don’t get enough hero shards or we only get the weak heros shards. I unlocked almost every hero, but I need to wait months to be able to upgrade them, because the only way I can get premium hero shards is with the box of 10 or 1 peace. And that’s only available on a special event. You guys need to do something about it. Upgrading a hero is a great way to get more attack and hp and to be able to keep playing/surviving. Other ways I need to leave the game because I don’t get further than level 46…
to much features
You guys are adding to much new features that for example: altar, relics, statues... there is just to much remove some of these features so the game doesn't feel like a chore anymore and is actually fun

Please do yourself a favor and buy a decent server. Your game is under downtime once every other day, and the excuse gifts can only go so far. It’s getting boring.
Great game, lot of errors
I love this game and spend a lot of time/money on it. Only it is very annoying that we get major connection problems last months. Before it was once a month. Now it is almost every day or every 2 days… you get a sorry and 100 gems, but do something about it. This is getting very amateuristic…
Bien mais crash trop
Le jeu (quand il veut bien se donner la peine de fonctionner) est très bien un concept simple mais efficace. Qui plus est, il ne manque pas de contenu ou de nouveaux ajouts. Les seuls problèmes sont les lags fréquents et les crashs répétitifs qui pourrissent l’expérience de jeu (d’où la note).
Compte bloqué
Après 2 ans de jeu je reçois un message lors de la connections au jeu disant que l’utilisation d’autres applications externes non autorisées peut entraîner une suspension de mon compte et impossible de régler le problème ..
