I wanted to write this with you because I’ve been using this piece of software for awhile now and I’ve got to say it’s absolutely brilliant. It allows the user to visualise the building export 3-D model which is great for architects, planners, quantity surveyors to enable to cost works. The other great thing is the functionality of it full reports that can be made available even things like painting remodelling and now with net zero aspect of insulation of the whole building. We would like to see some other functions added if possible possibility of materials on the ground floor ie concrete m,suspended floors other than that, it’s great piece of software superb Richard Barber

I purchased the may years ago and have enjoyed its fantastic abilities has a few issues I wish would be addressed 1. Selecting own slab height, working on Indian projects with variable ceiling heights in the same property always causes conflicts with doors ; stairs; openings etc . 2. In this age of AI would hope it would grow to be more intuitive. I bought a life time Licence and would give this 9.5 /10 Please fix this one issue or make it more intuitive . Great value for money, this is the one I take with me everywhere.

It’s not very good if you are a kid do not get it is not fun but with hard work it can come in handy . I have used it to plan my bedroom at the new house my parent bought . You do not have to pay to play but you do have to subscribe (which you have to pay ) to save your work which is annoying . Overall a good game !😃😄

This is a great app. I’ve been using it for fun, designing dream homes and recreating my own house so I can visualize a future house project or to rearrange furniture. It doesn’t need changing in terms of design and mechanics but it would do well with some additions. Really could use some love from the creators, this app is a gem but it needs polishing. My suggestions: - Curves on walls - More furniture - More appliances - More Fixtures - Trendier design options - More decoration accessories - Add image from device for the wall (wallpaper for example) - Add elevators and other limited mobility features - Colour accuracy needs to be tweaked - More textures - Add vehicles - Add pathways - Add tutorials, I’ve been trying to design an underground garage with a ramp and I can’t seem to work it out on my own. - Add misc objects like gym equipment, plants… There’s an app called Planner 5D and they got perhaps the richest house design catalogue I’ve ever seen, they even have a PS5 3D model in their catalogue! But their subscription prices are ridiculous. If you guys can have such a catalogue but for a fixed price instead of a monthly fee, you can have my money

The only design app I’ve mastered with almost no instruction. Once you get the basics you can knock out some great designs and you get a real feel for the spaces. My only gripe is that there isn’t a way of using curves and there’s a limited repertoire of features. I wanted to design a barn with a clock tower. There is no clock tower feature and I’ve struggled to get the roof to the right levels in the different parts of the building. Alt that said, for the money, it’s a great value app.

Would be good but SO difficult to use, on screen finger control is just impossible and the whole thing just made me frustrated

I love this app it’s great for doing house plans you can really visualise how you’re house will look like. I would love to get the full subscription but it’s far to expensive.

I have been using this super easy app for a few years now. It will allow you to design a new building right through to refurbishments of existing. It may not give you every possible material option in its exact form, but that’s not the point, it certainly gives you perfect spacial awareness, construction details and more than enough for issuing drawings to a contractor for pricing and working with. Love it.

I have been using the software for some time as a small property developer. In the UK I have used the software to create all my planning applications and has saved me from needing an architect, which means I can develop my plans over time and as it is on my Ipad it is always with me. Recently I had a problem with a corrupted file which represented about a years work. Thankfully the support I received was outstanding and within a few hours I was up and running again. Highly recommended.
