Not so free app

You get fourteen days free use, and after that you have to pay. However they don’t say how much it would cost to use,and that you need to contact them to get this, so not very transparent all in all.

Good concept terrible execution.

This app has a lot of potential. The concept of freehand drawing a room then inputting dimensions plus dragging and dropping in room elements all seems like a good idea. Unfortunately actually using it is super awkward. I’ve been testing it on my iPhone and it’s so hard to select what you actually want then make it do what you want. It took me about 10 minutes to draw my first room and input the dimensions. There are no internal doors at least not that I could see. The 3d view just doesn’t work if you try and zoom in or out you go to the other side of the planet (I’m not exaggerating) It seems like a tool that was designed for a pc then badly adapted for a mobile environment. I think with a bit of work on the user experience this could be a great app currently I wouldn’t be able to use it in my work.

Terrible app DO NOT DOWNLOAD

I downloaded and created a 14 day free trial and now I’ve no idea on if this app is going to take money that I have been given no idea of even how much it costs. Working tirelessly to get in touch with no help what so ever. And the app itself is terrible.

So fiddly and frustrating to draw a simple rectangle

One of the frustrating apps ever made

There are loads of tutorial videos which make the whole thing seem easy, but to actually make even the simplest room is a nightmare. I have no idea how to make it work and I regard myself as being pretty iPad savvy. It’s the app equivalent of trying to get a 90’s printer to work.

Paid for Subscription - Problem with Server?

I contact their support and they have responded quickly to sort the problem. So, I’m assuming it’s just an annoying IT glitch.

Cannot log in!

Reset my password, but when I log in I am asked if I want to upgrade to premium. When I click on ‘no thanks’ I am logged back out! Rubbish.

Stuck on ‘connecting OrthoGraph server’

After the update on both iPhone and iPad when filling login details gets stuck on connecting to server . This app has massive potential but the unreliability makes it very difficult to use professionally :(
