Hey. When I am on my laptop I can see who are people following and who follows them. That is a really important function for me. When I am on the app that’s not possible. Please add! Also to zoom in on pictures is not possible without opening them with an url

I love the idea of Are.na but the app is serious performance problems while scrolling and loading. Also the usage experience could be improved—opening and closing blocks etc. often feels complicated and stiff and not seamless.

Just overall really poorly built app. It crashes every 5 minutes while scrolling and most importantly find my password link is missing when you get your password wrong.

You guys had an awesome idea and made a great app. Let’s hope you‘ll get enough financial support so you can redirect development efforts to two native versions for better system integration. Nonetheless, 5 stars.

When trying to sign up to are.na every time it tells me “an unexpected error occurred”. No matter what password you choose. I’m gonna delete the app..

Unexpected error while registration

Not sure why this app is trying to pass bad design as stylish. The UX really needs improvement, esp the login page. There's no place that addresses "forgot email or password". I've made multiple accounts just because going thru that recovery process is so troublesome, and making another account is already so so troublesome. Then there was an issue where it said to verify my email but when i tried, it said there was an error and to contact the support team. From what I remember, there's some interesting content but wow the entry point is really pulling this app into the dirt. Also, the navigation was not super clear and it's confusing how one should go about using this app, even with the tutorial in the beginning. Seriously consider investing in building out a better system because it's truly not working.

...but the app needs work

Honestly my favorite social media right now. Zero ads. Pure creativity. The board explore page is pure chance for you to stumble across something amazing. All visual creatives need this app.
