Arlanda Express

When doing payments, there are glitches of the type that presses on options are ignored, stopping me from making a purchase by adding a new card, this happens when an app verification is presented. When using my existing card I get stuck again since the app doesn’t return from my bank verification. I have to kill the app and start it again to access my ticket. QA process for this kind of app needs to be way better.

why did you remove the next departure time it so inconvenient now, please put it back!!!

So far the App looks very good. The only drawback I have found so far is that it is not possible to buy the much cheaper pre-paid 14, 30 and 90 day buy-ahead tickets that are available on the website no is there any mention of these on the App.

As a transport professional, I was massively impressed with the Arlanda Express app. 1) Easy to associate a payment card with the app, so buying tickets is really easy. 2) Totally intuitive interface for selection of tickets. 3) Tickets stored 'unused' in app until activated. User activates the ticket when required for actual travel. 4) Service timetable very clearly presented, with next departure clearly highlighted. The train itself is very smooth and by far the quickest way from downtown Stockholm to the airport. One criticism (nothing to do with the app): the Central Station itself is very hard to find as a pedestrian. Better wayfinding signage is required. Perhaps the app could address this with an API-level integration of a Map/Nav app?

When I want to submit my email, the keyboard field completely blocked the entry field. Can’t scroll up or down. Making me impossible to correctly type my email address.

Fick biljetten på mail men inte i appen.

Har skapat en app dom du måste ha konto för? Så oförsvarbart dumt. Hur ska jag nu kolla turtätheten? Mongon!!! Har full förståelse OM det är legala krav för att KÖPA biljett. Spånhuvuden. Vattenskallar. Dummaste som någon hittills kommit på. Inte direkt Nobelpris om vi säger så. Typ. Idiotiskt. Har tidigare sågat tidigare app då ”den inte direkt är användarvänlig” MEN det här är så dåligt att stenarna gråter!

A couple years ago it was amazing. Super smooth and a delight to use. Then it got rebuilt, by a different team, I suppose??! Why destroy something beautiful?
