Taxi coming... searching for taxi... taxi arrives
First time I used it, taxi was found and shown to be on the way, then app returns to the ‘finding taxi’ screen so I assume it’s lost, then taxi arrives anyway after I booked another car. Confusing.

Worst service - taxi didn't arrive
App is fine but would advise against using 020. Booked a taxi that didn't turn up and no notification from 020 to say it wasn't coming. Customer service team incredibly rude. Avoid!

Very good indeed. Choosing pickup and drop-off points is easy by address or picking from a map. The App works out the journey time so it tells you when you should leave for the airport, for example. Fare calculation and easy payment by Credit Card through the app. Receipt emailed to you immediately afterwards. Live car tracking....Brilliant!
What a rubbish app!
The only taxi calling app that has no functionality to cancel a request after having made one. Totally rubbish and won't use the app for that reason.

Very good app. Easy to use.
a few issues but it works
app has a few issues but otherwise it works well. issues are - 1) no option to change into english language 2) it asks if it can use my gps position but when you say no, it asks again about six times 3) on second screen of a booking, it gives time you booked time and expected pickup time - on third screen, it add an hour on to these times (but the taxi does come now) 4) the app support directs you to the taxi website so no way to contact developers !
