You might be reading those reviews and thinking that the other users did something incorrect. That’s certainly what I thought. I was wrong. This US user also did not receive a text after multiple attempts.

Awful app. Should’ve read the reviews. Never got the code texted to my phone. Why are you all advertising an app that doesn’t work?? Makes this very hard for people who need to plan our bus tickets….

I don’t know how other users are able to buy tickets using this platform. I have tried multiple emails and phone numbers and yet not one verification code has been sent or received by my phone. This app is promoted as an easier to use service then buying a ticket on the bus but is 10x more frustrating. Fix the app.

If you are American, just pay the 3,70 Euro fare.

This app is useless. Like everyone else has mentioned SMS text messages to verify your account are never received.

No way to activate with a US number. I contacted support and they hung up on me twice. Garbage company.

The app is advertised at the bus stops but it does not work, you have to sign up but during the process, the app should send you a text message which you would never receive turning the app useless. You are better off paying for the bus when you get in but make sure you bring cash, the cards usually won’t work or won’t be accepted.

SMS authentication to the US fails. Don’t bother if you have a +1 number from the states.

I, like everyone else, could not get my activation code on my US phone number. I called the support line, gave them my email address and they were able to activate my account immediately. That seems like the only way to make this app work lol.
