Don’t waste your money on this audio tour. The Bluetooth wouldn’t connect and headphones only work with the Bluetooth turned off. The descriptions of rooms were out of order and not even that informative. You can find better free content online of guided tours.

Totally trash app. Using it is not easy and It’s not very informative-Descriptions are basic. The technology is crap. Can’t Bluetooth with it so if you have a newer iPhone, for example, gotta bring old wired headphones/earplugs with some kind of adapter. No AirPod use. Decade old technology. App would make me have to continue resubmitting the code and relaunch if I got out of the app to take a pic. Finally, stopped working for me. Clunky at best but crap in 2023
Bluetooth audio does not work with the app, and audio pauses when the screen is locked. Are you kidding me? You charge 6€ for this stupid app from thousands of people per day at the Alcazar of Seville, and you can’t get this very basic requirement fixed? Pathetic. Plus, the back arrow from the map view is not tapable on iPhone X and newer—I’m writing this in 2023 on 14 Pro Max and the notch/island has been around for 4 years now—get it fixed!
Total waste of bandwidth. Not at all intuitive, very slow to load and cannot keep up with a slow paced walking tour. Don’t waste money, time or mental effort on this app.
Avoid this app. It won’t allow audio through a Bluetooth connection so you have to listen out loud.
We also bought two apps for the Seville Royal Alcazar palace. The tour app Didn’t work must if the time. Kept booting us out and we would have to reload/renter app site numerous times. Finally quit using it.
Codes don’t work. Códigos nunca funcionaban.
Because their developers didn’t know how to write a mobile app, this does not route its audio output through the iPhone’s primary audio output, thus bypassing Bluetooth. Hire someone who actually knows something about mobile app development guys, rather than some corrupt politician’s personal connections.
I have had several audio guide experiences recently that use the iPhone. This one was very disappointing. This app does not allow my iPhone to use Bluetooth earbuds to play the audio. It also simply repeats at the end of each segment rather than continuing on. It is very awkward when you are trying to take pictures and manage this audio guide.
