ASB Mobile Business lets ASB FastNet Business users remain in control of their finances while they're out of the office or away on business. The business banking app lets you make Direct Credit payments, check your balances and transaction history, make a transfer between your accounts, view payment details and authorise and send FastNet Business payments in line with your usual FastNet Business permissions.

ASB Mobile Business provides enterprise level security with second factor authentication – your registered mobile phone takes the place of your ASB Netcode token.

Other great features of ASB Mobile Business include the ability to access multiple FastNet Business sites on one device, change your FastNet Business password, access Help and FAQs, full contact details of the ASB FastNet Business Helpdesk, the latest FX Rates and a branch locator.

To use the ASB Mobile Business app:
-You need to be registered for FastNet Business and have a valid Netcode token.
- You also need to have mobile access enabled in your FastNet Business User Profile. You can check your User Preferences by going to Administration > User Preferences. The Mobile Access setting is at the bottom of the page.

Should not exist

Buggy

Since updating to version 22.01.0 in Feb 22 the account entity selector has not worked and ASB seem asleep to the problem. Overall, the functionality offered by ASB’s business app lags even its consumer app. Disappointing.

Unnecessarily complicated

You need a degree in physics to navigate the never ending requests for password changes. This app has not been designed with the customer in mind.

So behind

This app is so far behind in what the other Banking Apps can do. Switched banks for business and find this is so limited compared to the BNZ app.

Asb fastnet for business

Absolutely awful and impossible to use

Not working anymore after iOS update

Was great but not working anymore since iOS 13.

Forgotten

Have your developers forgotten about his app? No regular updates, no new features, no iPhone X support. Your counterpart personal app gets all the love.

Bring back the old version

This new update is terrible. You need glasses to see it now with the smaller font size!! Pls change it back or fix the small font pls!!

So secure its insecure

Having to change your password every couple of months? To one that you have not used before? How am I supposed to keep track of these apart from jot them down on a not so secure piece of paper.
