I love shopping at Asda, find it great choice and although prices are increasing this is the same wherever you go. The APP is painful though, constantly freezes, I’ve just come to see if there’s an update I’m missing or something but no

The latest iOS app is atrocious, glitchy, have to close it because elements are bouncing around on the screen. Also the size of the back button at the bottom of the screen is ridiculous, small arrow could go anywhere top or bottom or the word ‘back’ would do, instead of using about a 10th of the screen with an unnecessary plain white stripe holding the back arrow.

Entire UI is unfit for use. I’ve regularly decided to use other apps to buy shopping because it’s easier than using the new app

Very laggy using the app. Easier just using the website

New app is extremely glitchy and constantly freezes, pages load either half way down or at the bottom so you have to scroll all the way back to the top each time. It’s is extremely difficult to use and takes twice as long to do an order than it used to! It also over heats my phone every time I use the app which never happens with any other app only the Asda app! Highly contemplating moving to another supermarket where it’s easier to order!

I have lost count of the number of times I’ve had to re install this app as I was getting the eternal spinning circle. Asda you really need to get this sorted out !

No point in downloading, literally worse than using the web version. Switching supermarket just for a functioning app 😂👌

It crashes all the time, annoying especially when checking out and it doesn’t save changes.

Since being updated recently the Asda site is always freezing - almost every time I go into it. Not user friendly from an iPhone at all. Maybe better from a pc but I don’t use a pc.

I know what we’ll do. Let’s fix something which isn’t broken. The update version is clunky, the page freezes, the page times out, the previous version was way easier and slicker to shop with!
