There is no need to go to the Shooting Schedule to change the target name for videos, this should be an option in the video screen. 3. ASIAir Video mode should have an option to select between the various modes: Normal (12-bit RAW16/RAW8) and Hight Speed (10-bit RAW8) 4. ASIAir Video ROI mode should display only the camera native resolutions

I waited to upgrade to this latest version. It looks like I should have skipped it. I wish there was a way to go back to version 2.2.1

Hi I don’t know if is only me having this problem After the update Whenever I pick a nebula or galaxy. Then when i click goto on my iPhone shows different view like whole galaxy it fits but on my iPad it shows not fitting. So the iPad had the right view

This works great with my camera and filter wheel, but when I try to connect my Meade LXD75 it might connect for 5sec if I am lucky then it always looses connection. Usually it never connects though. Maybe it is some stupid mistake that I am making, but I can’t get it to work. I do all this while standing next to the ASI plus, so it shouldn’t be a WiFi problem.

I have an iPad (10th generation) and the app doesn’t work. At the stage when I’m supposed to select the gears, the app is stuck at “ASIAIR not found” and “service unconnected”. If I click on scan, I get an error message “allow ASIAIR to access your home network and WiFi”. So, I go to settings to do it but the app doesn’t appear on the left of the setting menu. I go to “privacy and security > local network” and turn on ASIAIR, still, the app doesn’t connect. I didn’t find the magical trick to make it work.

The pixelated red, green and blue dots are more numerous in this 2.1.2 update. Just passing it along to the team. Have images available to show if interested.

If you live the ZWO life, then this is your one stop shop, especially for a portable rig. This really does it all, or at least everything ZWO does. However, you’re locked into the TERRIBLE customer service and exceptionally limited ecosystem if you go this route. Say goodbye to other cameras or filter wheels. Forget about custom flat rotator solutions. For a branch of an open source software, they have limited it so much. It’s great for what it does, but the limitations become infuriating after a while.

It’s saying Sony a1 supported but it’s not. I was part of the beta, sharing in the forum, sharing on the app, opening a bug ticket but no one to help or even to answer. I was trying every single configuration and it’s not supported. I’m sad to see the lack of support I was trying the Sony a7rv as well and it’s not working too

The app is so buggy it fails trying to create an account. The asiair is being returned I refuse to reward developers that create this terrible of products with my $$$…
