Please fix the biometric verification via phone for new device registration. The function is buggy.

BEST BANKING APP

I have seen people review it 1 star or 2 star.. But i have seen and used almost all Pakistani Bank Apps, ASKARI BANK APP is the most stable, and reliable among all. Your user experience is based on your device and iOS.

Only works on latest versions of OS

This app may be updated but it stops all the way on old version mobiles. This the only app that I have ever seen that says update or you won’t e able to use it! Hahhhh damnnnn I tried to update and it says it needs higher version of OS, it means I have to buy a new mobile to use this app. I am using iphone6 and I have the OS updated one. That’s why I stopped using Askari and switched my accounts to NBP which is after all our national bank. It’s app works very fine at my old mobile. By to Askari Sajjad

My issue was resolved quickly thus giving 5 stars back :)

OTP is disabled, horrible update

Yet again Askari’s app update has caused more issues than it had before. It sends me an OTP but does npt let you type in the OTP. Im unable to pay bills or make transactions since 3 days. I called customer support team 3 times and all they do is take personal info to verify but dont give a solution. I even emailed Askari support 3-4 times, yet no solution. My husband visited the bank even and they said ‘its fixed now’, when we tried to use it, it was not fixed at all. Today i’ll go to the bank and most likely close my account if they are unable to fix it as we rely heavily on online bankng. Very disappointed.
