Failed transactions half of the time
Half of the times I make transactions (transfer money, pay bills), I get an error in the App but the same transaction goes through if I do it through the website. I feel the App is not useful at all for transactions.
App does not load
Its been a few months since my app has stopped loading. I open it and it keeps loading, nothing happens. It just keeps loading. Does not even go to the login screen. I have iPhone 15 pro and this issue started happening since I switched to iPhone. It is the worst experience ever. Hate having to open Standard chartered’s app whenever I have to cuz its a waste of time. Does not open.
Cant login
Cant login after past week update. The app repeatedly gives internet connectivity errors.
The app needs big fixing asap.
App has become slow after update
Does what it needs to do however since after the redesign of the app it has become painfully slow, from signing in to funds transfer - everything. App latency really needs work here. I hope the devs take notice of this.

Whenever I am creating an account, while taking my selfie, it always says that Poor Lighting Conditions no matter how much of a good lighting am I in.

i tried their app on multiple devices but it says not enough light even though i tried natural lighting, room lighting and all the customer support does is give fake reassurance instead of fixing the app, i would recommend to go for another bank
Pethetic
I have tried registering the new app for the last 3 days. When it comes to the selfie part, the app gives error of poor lighting. I have tried every bit of instructions like white background open all lights in the room, then went outside in direct sunlight, tried all angles, but the error stays on the screen like the app is non functional. Tried switching camera permission on and of several rimes but no use. I don’t understand as to why banks like them thinks that people have time to waste and so to get them on pathetic apps like this.
