Terrible customer service
I am extremely disappointed with Bank Alfalah's handling of a recent fraud case on my credit card. Despite lodging a complaint over a month ago, I have yet to receive my refund. The bank's excuse of a 135-working-day turnaround time is unacceptable. This is an unreasonable delay, and I expect a more efficient resolution process from a reputable institution like Bank Alfalah. Until they improve their customer support and refund processing, I would advise caution to anyone considering their services.
