Terrible customer service
I am extremely disappointed with Bank Alfalah's handling of a recent fraud case on my credit card. Despite lodging a complaint over a month ago, I have yet to receive my refund. The bank's excuse of a 135-working-day turnaround time is unacceptable. This is an unreasonable delay, and I expect a more efficient resolution process from a reputable institution like Bank Alfalah. Until they improve their customer support and refund processing, I would advise caution to anyone considering their services.
Timer Wasters
This bank has the worst security i’ve ever seen. I’ve had a complaint from January and they keep giving deadlines. Once the deadlines are reached they extend them for months on end. Worst banking experience ever. There are a lot of other better options. Please don’t risk your financing using this bank. If i could give a 0 I would.
Mobile banking TDR
For last 4 months I am trying to create a TDR through mobile banking sine I live abroad and can not visit the branch and I always receive a message Error unable to complete right now try later.
Nonsense. If the feature is not working why so much advertising.

This is the worst banking app i am unable to register my account on the app. Whenever i am trying to enter user name it is saying that it is invalid even though i am fulfilling the guidelines
