Good but…
I enjoy this game but the hanging loading screens can be quite irritating. I do wish the empty rooms that have been there for years would get some use too. I don’t care what goes there, but something needs to go there

2024: Game doesn’t work
When you install it just says “cannot connect to helix servers” … think this game is over. Don’t wasted your time.
Unhelpful support
Lost helix credits which cost actual money due to a bug in game, support was unhelpful and said it couldn’t be fixed and I lost 2700 helix credits with no compensation. Edit: I have reached out to support again but they have not gotten back regarding the issue.

Cannot connect, keeps saying go on line, l am on line, all my other games work all online. Well if you can’t reply deleting will not recommend.
Syncing issue prevent a good game
Have played the game when it first released a few years ago and have recently loaded it again. The game has a base management element as well as a strategy campaign. You will passively earn resources through your base which can be sped up by assigning your various assassins. The events are plentiful and come on a rotating basis which can yield new assassin tokens. However these events favour those who spend premium currency to fight for the leaderboards. You do get premium currency within the game by doing events. There is advertising to buy characters which pop up every time you load the game which cost more than a AAA game but they are not required. But My main gripe about the game is the syncing issues and crashing. When assigning your assassins to tasks in your base, you close the game and come back later to find the assignments never took place. You buy something from the daily store but it doesn’t register it for the daily achievement so you have to buy another item even though it shows you have already bought the first item. Lastly there are desync tokens, which are another set of premium currency that does not regenerate over time. There is a free one to use each day but when you use, the game will still show you still have a free one to use, however if you try to use again, it will use up one of your precious premium tokens. This would have been a 5 star game, but in its current state with the syncing issues, I cannot give it anything higher than 3 stars
Help please
I really love this game but every time I log on and restart an account or anything it just crashes me and I’m unable to play the game I’m not able to click anything I wish the game creators would help
Amazing game
This is a great game and fun to play, it’s free to play friendly, if you think ahead. But take so long to load screens, and when watching ads to get rewards it either doesn’t register the reward or gets stuck in the infinite load screen. And a lot of the time I can’t actually play the game as it doesn’t connect to the internet and shows the small “no internet connection” triangle at the bottom. Even when my internet is fine. So amazing game, but the slow load time and loses internet connection stuffs it.
Doesn’t even Work
Everytime i log into the game it says i am offline which doesn’t make sense seeing as how i am connected to my wifi at home i have deleted and re-downloaded and it still has the same issue fix this.
GREAT GAME
Five star game! Love it. Note: I had issues with a connection error but was put onto Ubisoft support by the developer in the reviews and they fixed the issue. 5/5 costumer service with your team working to solve players issues.
