The glitches is so bad the point where it’s almost unplayable

Good at first
I managed to love this game. But I don’t know what happened. Maybe because of the upgrade? I suddenly can’t open the app, it always says “connection error to the helix server”, even though I’ve connected to wifi. Now, my game’s lost, all my data I can’t even play the game.
animus bounties
the game is stupid how will you fking play the animus bounty if you don’t have any aoe and tank characters
Fix the game if you’re gonna charge
I PAID real world money for 1000 helix credits to use for the helix rift missions. 2 TIMES during the recent Bayek rift mission the game kept saying not online when I was. Lost 42 rift tickets which resulted in me coming up 4k progression points short for the 1M progression point prize. I used to just ignorethis bug that keeps sayingyou’re not online but when I pay for it, this is alreadyunacceptable. Fix the game, andyou owe me 42 helix rift tickets and some bayek hero points. Until then its a 1 star for me

The game is good I just wish it was offline
Too many bugs
Bugs from the previous version were not fixed and carried over to v3: Overlapping menu, UI elements not immediately refreshing such as exclamation icon for a hero. New bugs include really messed up list when managing assignments-does not display all heroes and causes game to crash. Starting the game with no cennection now slaps you with error message you need to be online to watch ads while on the loading screen. Some items, like armor, cannot be equipped to heroes even if the requirements are met. The gameplay experience was ok before the campaign feature was introduced.
Not working
The shop and heroes is blank. Please update your game it is not working. Recovered my old account, i have 11 heroes but when I clicked heroes option it is blank as well as the shop it is also blank. Please fix this.
