Bugs in the Helix event and poor customer service
In the recent Helix rift event (award with Mentor Ezio pieces), I ranked top 20 and should have award including 40 pieces of Mentor Ezio and so on. But I haven't received any. Contacted the customer service. And they just gave three pieces of Mentor Ezio for compensation and refused any further. This event at first were full of bugs and it took much more time than previous events. And it ends up in such way. Really disappointing!
A lot of bugs neglected
A game with a lot of bugs, please show your Facebook visitors’ posts to update your game’s bug issues. I have post on your Facebook but you hide your posts. Are you trying to hide your bad review? Are your developer lazy to bug solving because you have earned enough from Ads?
Money losing purchase!!!! BE WARNED !!!!
For all new players , do not make any purchases for the event during the last 30 minutes before closing ,otherwise u would lose the purchase (I did not get the items) And there is no way apple or the game developer would refund you. So I learned the hard way , I lost money paying for nothing. And after I asked apple for refund, which for a few days apple still do not want to refund me, been pushed around. So be careful on your purchase for this app.

Game has too many bugs
I have been playing this game for over 6 months, there are more bugs than updates, I recently bought an event pack which cost 2700 helix credits, and it got bugged hence i didn’t receive any of the hero packs, game kept hinting me that i have unclaimed packs and next hint was you have no packs left to claim.
Cube issues
The game is great and all but when you claim cubes, sometimes you can’t open the crate because the game shows you the premium cube heroes included inside. I paid 300 helix credits but the game said it was loading but after waiting, I closed the app thinking that my internet had an issue and when I came back , my 300 helix credits were gone and I did not receive anything from the cube. Ubisoft pls fix this.
