I am extremely disappointed with Walmart and Computershare’s app and services. They do not support ACAT transfers to outside brokerages, forcing me to either keep my stocks with them or pay a ridiculous $30 fee to withdraw my money. Their customer support is entirely automated, and it’s impossible to speak to a real person to resolve issues. The user interface also seems highly underdeveloped, which is disappointing software quality from a Fortune 500 company.

Usually don’t have any problems with this app, but lately it’s been down. I can’t even sign in. I guess I will not use this any longer. I’ve tried everything and nothing works.

ever since the update it gives an error when i try to log in 🫠

Walmart needs to switch to a different 3rd party to facilitate ASP plans.. Compushare’s app, website, and overall user support is insulting to anyone trying to access their WM shares. Do better Walmart

I'm having issues with the app. It doesn't let me get in after I put my username and password in. Keeps saying generic error.

The app keeps logging me out and sometimes the app won’t start how am I supposed to keep track of my investments
