Proste, skuteczne, ukończenie poziomu średniego było dla mnie dużym wyzwaniem, sporo czasu mi to zajęło. Teraz walczę z zaawansowanym. Wierze, że się uda, choć czasy ćwiczeń mnie przerażają. Powtarzam dni, które sprawiły mi dużą trudność, żeby być w stanie zrobić ćwiczenia z kolejnego dnia. Daje sobie dużo czasu na ukończenie każdego z poziomów. 30 dni to tylko zachęta. Nie przejmuj się tą liczbą. Ważne, żeby ćwiczyć w miarę regularnie (co najmniej 3 dni w tygodniu). Good luck!

Pojedyncze nieinwazyjne reklamy w ogóle nie przeszkadzają, a w zamian otrzymujemy jakościową zawartość ! Wartałoby jednak zaktualizować niektóre poradniki gdyż ktoś kto nie będzie potrafił wykonać ćwiczenia, może natrafić na nieaktualny/wyłączony wideo poradnik.
