I don’t trust this app
Each time when i try out a wallet app to try out for staking purposes i always have a test wallet imported in with a couple of assets with low amounts in it to see if the balances would transfer over. In this case it was native Bitcoin and native Ethereum and neither balance of those 2 assets showed up in the atomic wallet app when imported into the app. My Assets are still in my standard wallet app but in atomic showed both assets with 0 balance. I don’t trust the app let alone that part. I removed my test wallet from atomic wallet app and deleted the atomic wallet app.
Wallet is trash!
Changed rating from 2 stars to 1 stars. Prices never updates, and receiving NANO has been pending for over a week because the wallet is trash! Developers want you to use VPN, blames prices not updating because the api they use for prices, which NO other wallet has this issue. Wants you to uninstall the wallet and reinstall with backup, which yields the same result prior to uninstalling. Shouldn’t need a VPN(which didn’t help at all), and shouldn’t have to be this difficult to actually get coins sent to you or even get an updated portfolio price. The wallet is useless. The issues is the wallet, not on my end! Fix and update your wallet!!!

I’ve been waiting months for transactions and still won’t send. I’m gonna get this whole app shutdown if I don’t get my money

I have the same problem like 2 years ago. Only say wait and wait and wait ……… and here we are with thesame problem
Simple and easy
Don’t pay attention to all the hacks. The wallet is straight forward, and simple to use. If you have problems 99.9% of the time a simple DLT and redownload will fix the issue. If you don’t keep track of your Seed phrase you’re a moron and they can’t help you. Your bad. The help at first is automated, but its not difficult to get a real person either, they’re always responsive and helpful. Its great if you want control, just don’t be ah dumdum ;)
