TLDR: Just don’t. You’ll most likely end up getting all your assets stolen. Let me explain: a large portion of my assets disappeared. I was worried, and contacted support on Twitter addition to emailing the support contact methods listed on the atomic website. The only thing I got back from the support email was an auto-generated “we’re really busy” email. I did get a response from atomic support on Twitter. (Go search Atomic Wallet on Twitter) I was certain that I was taking to the right people, but apparently I was not. All of my assets were stolen. Thousands of dollars vanished. Silly me right? Well, maybe not. It’s now days later. I’ve emailed the (allegedly?) official support listed on the atomic website to no avail. Twitter has very clear rules regarding accounts impersonating others. Atomic could make sure these accounts (which they claim are not affiliated with them) do not exist. They clearly haven’t done that? Why? My hypothesis is that he accounts are all linked. This. Wallet. Is. A. Scam. There’s a very good chance you’ll get robbed if you download this product; there are many reputable options available. Just choose another one. If you don’t believe me, just do a quick Twitter search and check out the stories of other people who have had similar experiences.

Each time when i try out a wallet app to try out for staking purposes i always have a test wallet imported in with a couple of assets with low amounts in it to see if the balances would transfer over. In this case it was native Bitcoin and native Ethereum and neither balance of those 2 assets showed up in the atomic wallet app when imported into the app. My Assets are still in my standard wallet app but in atomic showed both assets with 0 balance. I don’t trust the app let alone that part. I removed my test wallet from atomic wallet app and deleted the atomic wallet app.

Changed rating from 2 stars to 1 stars. Prices never updates, and receiving NANO has been pending for over a week because the wallet is trash! Developers want you to use VPN, blames prices not updating because the api they use for prices, which NO other wallet has this issue. Wants you to uninstall the wallet and reinstall with backup, which yields the same result prior to uninstalling. Shouldn’t need a VPN(which didn’t help at all), and shouldn’t have to be this difficult to actually get coins sent to you or even get an updated portfolio price. The wallet is useless. The issues is the wallet, not on my end! Fix and update your wallet!!!

I’ve been waiting months for transactions and still won’t send. I’m gonna get this whole app shutdown if I don’t get my money

I have the same problem like 2 years ago. Only say wait and wait and wait ……… and here we are with thesame problem

Don’t pay attention to all the hacks. The wallet is straight forward, and simple to use. If you have problems 99.9% of the time a simple DLT and redownload will fix the issue. If you don’t keep track of your Seed phrase you’re a moron and they can’t help you. Your bad. The help at first is automated, but its not difficult to get a real person either, they’re always responsive and helpful. Its great if you want control, just don’t be ah dumdum ;)

I can’t seem to login to my wallet

It's been over 6 months and I have some nano I need to convert, when will you make it available again?

I have not been able to withdraw my coins for 3 months. Developers, give me my money!
