Syncs delays make it a very frustrating app

It’s ok, slow to open, a lot of bugs. Issues with staking and not very straight forward to use

My ADA disappeared from my wallet following the update of the app! After investigating it turned out that my Byron public address was changed in my wallet. I contacted the support and I was passed on from one agent to another to be told after 3 weeks they couldn’t help with the issue. They wanted a screenshot of the history which obviously was no longer there since the address was changed. They would not accept a screenshot showing the original transaction in Binance. They even didn’t look into the issue and I never got any apologies. Unacceptable!

Good luck getting help when the app messes up which it does continuously. Won’t let me withdraw anything.

I like apps that deposit your crypto directly to your interest account rather than to a trading account first. This avoids having to pay a network fee to move from the trading to savings account & back again. Nexo & Celsius put your crypto to work automatically so there is no transfer from an interest to a trading account. I’m mostly interested in staking so it’s a pain to pay to send to the wallet, then pay again to stake it and again to unstake it. You can also do all of this for free on Kraken - trade & stake. Atomic puts it to trading first so you will pay a network fee each time you transfer from one account to the other & these can sometimes be quite high depending on network traffic. See the developer response below as to why they do this.

Cannot withdraw btc

The app stores my coins fine. But the the purchasing options doesn’t work. I don’t understand why that option is available on the app. Really frustrating
