Can’t connect after installing app

I’m getting error after installing in my iPhone “ There is a network or communication error. Please try again later.”

App crashes

Recording a trip isn’t always as pristine as it should be, I was told that this update would fix that. It has a lot of hiccups/crashes and have to manually close the app and reopen it to continue the recording as it was doing before it crashed. Sometime straight up, other times after a few kilometres. Even if the app is kept in the foreground, I can it crash and have to reload it again. Any update on why this is?. Have tried to ask this over a million times via support and emails no fix whatsoever.

Waste of money

It doesn’t do anything, it’s the biggest waste of people’s hard earned money!! DONT BUY

Completely unusable app

This app will not let me access functions and crashes constantly Was good when it used to work

App stopped connecting

The app was working fine then it stopped working. It froze on a particular date over 1,000km ago. Have tried to uninstall and reinstall but to no avail.

No gps

So since app update it fixed one problem but caused another . No gps working since 18th Oct. Very disappointing. Since I purchased plug & play for my car it has not worked.

New update logs out constantly

New update requires the app to be logged into on every use and the data plug paired again. Please resolve

App crashing iOS 16

App crashes right after I login to the myAudi account and cannot open it again. It is fine without login but what’s the use

Stops working

No stats have updated in weeks since the last update of the app

Fuel costs

App is good, intuitive and easy to use. However the trip review and fuel costs are difficult to understand and read as to cost of fuel per trip. I had asked support for info as it might be an issue on my settings, but have heard nothing yet.
