How hard is it to make an app that works seamlessly with your products

Fast. Stable. Reliable. It now plays gapless. Better than Play-fi apps.

Bought a c10 speaker for my MIL for Christmas. Tried 3 different phones to setup. Wouldn’t connect properly to any of them. Comes up as “unsecured network” message, and does not connect properly, and app can’t find the speaker. Reset everything, installed and uninstalled, searched google for answers. Rediculous that they charge a premium for the speakers (which for all I know may have great sound, but that’s kind of irrelevant when you can’t connect). Extremely disappointed.

I purchased 3 drumfire speakers for my home. Love the sound and design, but the app brings me to tears on an almost daily basis. For godsake Audio Pro, by not designing a better app you are showing complete contempt for your customers.

What’s playing on the app doesn’t reflect music actually being played. Surely they can hire someone to make this a better UX

Unbelievable that no one at audio pro can build a proper app

Tweaking the App. won’t achieve much. Consider page changing. One is a swipe, next a “done bar” on the page bottom then an > on the top. Except for size two pages are effectively the same. Don’t get me started on presets Dump the lot and start again lest your supporters of your excellent speakers start dumping them because of a lousy support App.

Awesome speakers let down by clunky, buggy, non-intuitive app. Feels like it needs a full redesign. Feels half-baked compared to something like Sonos’ app.

After the recent update, app is much more stable for now.

This app is not intuiative, unreliable and difficult to use.
