Lazy city employees won’t help
If you report an issue to 311, your ticket will be closed out without any resolution and the issue will go unfixed. You’d think our ridiculously high property taxes would give you more in return

My issues are closed with no action taken. Ability to report homeless and transient camps is removed.
The “New Request” option in the app no longer works/opens at all, which is the entire reason for the app. Granted, the copyright for the app is 2009-2020 so it’s possible they didn’t think it would last this long.
Common reports like homeless camps and light poles going out cannot be reported, and I can't use it to find trash and bulk pickup schedules but for some reason "COVID information" is on the front page? Doesn't make sense
You removed the ability to report homeless encampments. You are worthless as a city agency.
Just got the app thinking it would be easier to do things like report the current power outage. Website couldn’t find my account, neither could the app. Not only could it not find my account info, when it was supposed to be locating me on the map of power outages, I am apparently 5 blocks away from where I thought I was! Useless! Will be deleting this app. Another CoA screw up. MDS
I can download photos; see what else is going on around me! really appreciate it! You have a tough job; always more to do than time to do it—thank you so much!
Only purpose is to find out where the remaining American Citizens live so they can be exterminated like a roach. Report something and see what happens to you.
Not once have they taken any sort of action after any of my reports
I’ve only had to use the app a few times but it’s such a simple way to make requests to the city. The latest storm knocked a tree into the street in front of my house; I made a request, submitted a pic and waited. I got an update to my request in the app a few hours later saying it had been forwarded to 911 and Public works; a few minutes later, an officer came to check it out. He made sure there wasn’t a safety issue and let us know Public Works would be out to take care of the tree ASAP. A couple of hours later the crew showed up and took care of the tree. It’s a little unbelievable how efficient the whole process was.
