Terrible app

Everytime that I try to modify my itinerary on the app or even on the website, I am never able to access the next page even though I have already clicked on which flight I want to change and modified the date! So frustrating

What’s the point?

The app is really limited and all management of booked flights just opens up the browser. What’s the point when I can just go on the website directly with out being watched by another company.

Never works

Terrible app for booking. Nothing but problems. I’m f the payment process freezes or doesn’t work, it kicks you back to the beginning and erases everything you’ve done for the last 10 minutes. No flight. No confirmation. Nothing. Awful!!!

App makes travelling easy

Was having trouble navigating site. Downloaded app, instantly everything in one place.

Worst airline ever

This airline pretends to be premium but the service sucks ! If you want to be treated like crap, and pay premium for a low cost, then travel avianca

Crashes right after starting

The app crashes within a few seconds of starting. Since I checked in with Avianca, this was the only way to have my boarding passes on the phone in a format different than pdf.

Fix your app

Unable to add a flight on the Your Trips tab. App is bugged, fix it

The app has improved a lot.

I enjoy using the app. With all the changes in aviation since the pandemic, this is a welcome change from Avianca ( Lifemiles ) . I used to fly with these Avianca a lot. They need work a little bit more with there partners to deliver more routes. Especially popular routes. Good move forward , hope to see the app routes improve! App is much improved ( navigation and search features) ..

CRASHES

Useless. App crashes when you try to check in. Fix your app!

Price gouging

Avianca is now price gouging on extra baggage fees. They just charged me $215 when I usually pay $65 for one extra bag. Avianca is unable to give a reason or explanation to why these fees are so high. They do this because they know that the passengers have no choice.
