Ich habe ein Abo für 12 Monate abgeschlossen und zahle 24€ / Jahr, wenn ich mich in mein Konto einlogge, da steht kein Abo verfügbar und es kommt ständig eine Push Nachricht „ Alvira soll aktiviert werden „ Jetzt habe ich ein Abo und kann die App nicht vollständig nutzen!! Ich kann mein Gerät nur manuell prüfen!? Sehr unübersichtlich das Ganze

VPN verhindert eine Internetverbindung bzw. hat Probleme sich zu verbinden mehrmals täglich.

Wäre an sich toll, übersichtliche App, alles gut im Abo Modell. Allerdings funktioniert der VPN nur sehr holprig. Teilweise versucht er im Hintergrund vergeblich eine Verbindung aufzubauen, was eine Internetverbindung verhindert. Er lässt sich dann auch nicht beenden. Weder in der App, noch in den Systemeinstellungen des iPhones. So leider unbrauchbar und das Geld verschenkt!!

Do not use this app ever your email will be used forever. You can only access support when you have a subscription.. I wanted to cancel my purchase which I have the right to do in Germany ever answered absolutely do not use this app

Sehr unauffällig. Aber vielleicht ist das auch gut so… Zurzeit aber noch weiterhin Probleme beim iOS und VPN Weiterhin iOS Probleme Auch bei iOS-18.2 steigt das WLAN bei VPN aus. Volles WLAN wird angezeigt, aber kein Internet bereitgestellt.
