I subscribed but it wont let me create an account or do anything. The page just got stuck no matter how many days wait it has been. It just wont work.
Ambiguous scan results and battery drain
I’ve had a few protection softwares no, and amongst its competition, McAfee is along the worst. When most required to do a scan on a connected wifi, the app refuses to. When not connected to wifi, it runs as background activity drastically draining the battery. Worst part, you can’t stop it from running unless you delete the app. Talk about invasive applications. Highly unrecommended despite the perceived protection it gives.

I rated your service as poor because of the 4 issues I have stated in my feedback to you . In fact the first feedback was send to you on 1 October 2023 yesterday and also I left a mobile number as advised by you do you can call me back when you are free to check on my issues and help resolve them . To date you have not called me . That leaves me no choice but to rate you poorly
Hard to get support once you subscribe.
The app keeps logging out by itself,. Which means you pay for no protection. No one came back to me despite me sending data logs and feedback via their app.

It blocked a lot bad ip illegal access without your permission and acknowledgement although sometimes might be buggy but I still thank you for the security provided
Pointless Download
What’s the point of a security app if it blocks me from using my daily bank account and using everyday online shops like adidas? Looks like it’s still the same nonsense app as years before. No improvement at all. When I go in to manually turn VPN off it keeps coming on on its own without activating it. Why? I’m not going to torture myself so deleting this app and the VPN. No wonder the countless similar feedback given. And the same similar mindless replies with no constructive solution provided to customers.
Can’t sign in and still no resolution after reaching out to tech support
The sign in page on the app continues to be blank and I haven’t been able to use the features. Was told by Tech support that it’s a known tech issue and they are working on a fix but this is taking too long. I’ve deleted and reinstalled my app and followed all instructions to no avail. Service ticket is 1-125979461 logged on 27 Nov 2022
