Unfriendly app for NRI
Unnecessary complications a barrier for me to use the app. Why is sending sms the only way to login? How do you think its a user friendly option for non residents ? Why not keep it simple and link through netbanking which is accessible through browser?
Not Generate UPI Pin
It is totally waste of time to generate UPI pin I was trying from last some days but unfortunately I waited near about 15 minutes again and again….Axis bank employees should make another good app

New improved app works like breeze. Should give an option to renew session timing. It drops out frequently without warning. Need session expiry warning and extend option pop up soft button. Thanks Hope you will do it at next app update, thanks

I have been using the app from Oz for nearly 5 years now with no trouble.
It simply doesn’t work
I am trying for last 3 years to log in it simply doesn’t work.
Login issue
I’m a NRI and been loyal costumer to axis bank since 6 years. After moving abroad I was not able to login to my account through app. It’s been years and issue remains the same. Complained to all relevant teams, still no action was taken. Also I have lost around rs 500 just for sending Otps to bank. Completely disappointed with service.
A complete redesign necessary
This app is by far the worst user experience I’ve ever had. From the main page fo the last, everything seems out of date. It feels like axis bank is living in the .com period. Incredibly unhappy with glitches happening. A complete redesign is necessary to ensure better user experience.
