The app is not working
After app update , it is not going inside banking, upto yesterday the app is working fine.
Worst app ever in banking history
Technical glitch in axis bank side. But customer need to bare sms charge all the time while registering device. Worst digital team (Bhavana & Shyam) and back end team( krushanu) they don’t even understand customer requirements and try blame customers only waste mobile app and worst service
Useless App
Fund transfer does not work. Complete waste of time this bank is. I tried 5 times with correct mPIN and still shows payment failed. You need better developers.
Really bad experience with axis direct application
Resolved issues are surfacing again and again.response from the team is slow. I feel regret for opting Axis direct
