Axis app used to the top in banking industry. Now it has become so user unfriendly. So complicated . Keep it useable for public. All people are not IT savvy. Spent half an hour to find add remove beneficiary - there is no edit provision. To find our options is an uphill task . Come on- this is not friendly at all. So complicated .

Hi axis bank team your apps very good and easy but only one think happend which account i have transfer money every month once i going to transfer msg showing first time send money less than 5000 i am not understand i am transfer money every months why showing this massage and second issue once i try to send money icic account . money not transfer but i try from throw out another one name is imps like that which charge 5 rupes money transfer within minut so please solve those issue thanks

Login with username and password
App is good , but for first time registration on mobile device, it’s sending sms to register number , but I stay abroad and don’t have my local number. is there any option for logining to app any time with user name password . If not take this an enhancement for future release after verification.
Problem in running app
I am not able to run axis mobile app on my apple iPad which is without sim as this app needs to send sms to my register number and as my iPad don’t have sim so it cannot send that sms. Kindly give me the solution.
