Only been doing B The Method for a couple of months but I find that my body is already much stronger compared to years of HIIT workouts (boyfriend noticed as well) and the slower pace is exactly what I’ve been needing during difficult months. I also love that there’s a weekly schedule that completely changes every week. Thank you so much Lia for your positivity and guidance throughout each workout!
