Ich kann mich als Deutscher nicht registrieren

Still the worst app ever. It is still not possible to register as a foreigner with an ID other than „DNI“. We wasted more than an hour! Although having transfered all relevant passport data (upload of photo AND manually) the passport ID will not be accepted later on when trying to book a tourist pass.

I paid but does not send me a confirmation code so I cannot ride bikes. I tried it with four phone numbers. Very disappointing. Don‘t waste your time

It’s completely buggy, I couldn’t register because apparently there already existed a profile with my data under a different email address (I had to upload a passport photo, plus a million different other things, how can someone have entered the exact same data?). I changed the data but the problem remained the same.

As a foreigner it is impossible to register. The app is one big bug. Even the format of my email address which I have bern using for almost 30 years now is not accepted by the app.

En una hora y muchos intentos, no logré registrarme como turista de Alemania. No es posible verificar el documento de Identität alemán. Tendré que seguir caminando más allá de las bicicletas… Es ist mir in einer Stunde und vielen Versuchen nicht gelungen, mich als Tourist aus Deutschland anzumelden. Es ist nicht möglich, den deutschen Ausweis zu verifizieren. Ich werde weiter an den Fahrrädern vorbei laufen müssen… In one hour and many attempts, I didn‘t succeed in registering as a tourist from Germany. It is not possible to verify the German identity card. I will have to continue walking past the bikes…

No chance to register terrible user interface just a waste off endless attemps to register

Es horrible. El proceso de registrarse (no con DNI pero con pasaporte) “other ways to sign up” solo funciona hasta la página “Dirección en tú país”. Hace un error que nadie entiende: does not match...[aquí tantas letras muy complicado]... Failed validating pattern in Schema properties last name....blablabla.... Después existe una cuenta, pero no es posible usarlo. Mensaje: “we need to complete your information” y botón “complete registration” PERO: completar el registro SOLO es posible con DNI. Hola???? La cuenta fue creada con “other ways to sign up” - “Passport”

I know it’s free but still shouldn’t be that bad. We tried min 7 stations today: 1) more than 10 available-app shows 0 2) 0 available- app shows 4 3) 2 available- unable to unlock (tried 6 codes waited 15 min) 4) 0 available- app shows 5 5) 0 available- app shows 9 6) more than 10 available- app shows 0 and so on... It’s like a treasure hunt thru the city :(
