The qr code on the stand doesn’t lead to the App Store. App doesn’t support multiple languages despite a tourist option. Validated my documents but cant buy a free pas. Automated virtual assistant in WhatsApp doesn’t recognize its own tree options. The worst app
No es posible que después de poner todos los datos te digan que el servicio va lento y no puedes terminar con el registro. Y te vuelven a mandar de nuevo a la casilla de salida. Deberían asegurarse que cuando se completa cierta información no se vuelva a pedir. De cara al usuario no es eficiente.
Además de lenta, la app no funciona. Presionás “Desbloquear con código” y te refiere a ma central de ayuda. Escaneás el QR y te refiere a la central de ayuda. La central de ayuda es una web con una opción de WhatsApp que te contestan cuando les pinta.
After a dozen tries, I found a very roundabout way to sign up but now the payment page always crashes
Two times I bought unlocks and both times it “lost” them, once as I was in the process of unlocking a bike. Seems like a complete scam to me, which is a shame because I was looking forward to trying BA on bicycle.
As a tourist, here’s what I did to make it work: Go through sign up process. Take picture of passport (not sure if they validate) Fill in info (make sure bday is day first and you have two names in your name field first last) Address info can be anything Then if it crashes because server error, go back and login in using your newly made credentials. Validate your account with a phone number ( you get a text) Then buy the Turístico plan ( only one that takes foreign cards) You should be good to go. Still very unclear app and can be improved but got it to work.
No translation, doesn’t allow to sign up, needs picture of your passport then crashes… multiple reinstalls might get you one step further, then if complains about passport number being wrong format, other fields are perceivedly wrong that we’re never asked - it’s completely useless. If you want to get around BA by bike - forget this service as it will only frustrate you and plainly not work. Latest update states bug fixes…. Seriously???
No se puede pasar de la primera pantalla porque no deja pasar de los términos y condiciones (no gira al girar el teléfono, ni se desliza hacia abajo ni se puede achicar, así que imposible tocar el botón de seguir).
Como turista ni siquiera me deja registrarme, me da un error diciendo que mi nombre y fecha de nacimiento son incorrectos a pesar de coincidir con mi documento 👎
Soy extranjero y no encontré forma de registrarme en esta app, dice que el servidor es lento y que lo intente de nuevo más tarde, permanentemente.
