I bought a gift card for the service but the email didn’t contain any instructions how to redeem the gift card. I contacted their support. After the first response I never heard back from them for 2 months now, although I have sent them multiple emails. Now I am bot able to use their service although I paid $120. Unacceptable!!!

I couldn’t even start the app. After I paid for a subscription and tried to use the application on my iPhone 6 with latest iOS 12.5.5, I found that the app crashes every time I try to open it and it cannot be started. I tried everything. Reinstalling the app, restarting the phone and many other things I found on the Internet forums. We have been exchanging many e-mails with the support team for almost a month now and there is no solution yet! I constantly receive some meaningless and impossible recommendations that do not lead to results! For example, to return to an old version of the operating system (every iPhone owner knows that this is impossible) or to try changes for which I have not received an update! Even their site loads with countless bugs on my iMac under Safari and even on Chrome!

When my son was born premature I used this app to monitor his development. I paid for the additional activities and they were excellent to aid in his development. Highly recommend.

The app is good but whenever they’re running a promo for the paid upgrade (which happens often) you can’t x out of that so you literally can’t even open the app at all if they happen to be pushing the paid version (and since that is often, the app is often not at all functional)

I’d really like to play around with this app for a bit before committing to a subscription. However the subscription banner comes up as soon as you open the app and won’t close, preventing you from trying anything. There is supposed to be limited free content available but I have hardly ever gotten to see it. I don’t think this was the developer’s intention and hope it is fixed. There is also no info that I can find to explain the difference between a basic and premium subscription. In the meantime, I’m using the free CDC milestone app.

I downloaded this app for free and was actually willing to upgrade at some point, but it won’t even open now because it just shows a sale ad that you cannot close out of. The app is useless unless you pay. Do t believe that’s there’s free content anymore.
