There’s not costumer service on this service :(
I subscribed for full premium and I asked question if I have option to view all video on my computer, also. I got just robot reply. Where are the human part of costumer service? I might consider to cancel the subscription and full refund is the option remaining if human costumer service doesn’t is not there? Thank in advance if is and I will update my review if I satisfied with human costumer service.

英語対応しかないですが、動画もあるので多少英語が読める&聞ける程度なら問題なく使えると思います。読み物も結構面白かったりしてなかなかいいアプリです。毎日月齢に合ったプログラムがセットされているので遊びのネタに困りません。

Paid upgrade promo makes it stop working
The app is good but whenever they’re running a promo for the paid upgrade (which happens often) you can’t x out of that so you literally can’t even open the app at all if they happen to be pushing the paid version (and since that is often, the app is often not at all functional)
