I’d like the app to match iOS design standards (fonts, number pad for entering authentication code, etc.). It would be helpful to add contact/help links, and links to features unavailable on mobile (order backup drives, etc).

Haven’t been able to log into the backups for some time, just sits and clocks after logging in and never actually gets into the actual service. Have removed/reinstalled multiple times in an attempt to make it work, nothing. Disappointing.
Good in concept, but after peaking in the inner workings of the software with the support, this is not something for serious businesses. You can find better, cheaper and way more reliable elsewhere.
I have Backblaze personal back up, and knowing that I could potentially access files via a mobile app seemed like a great feature to grab photos or files from my iPhone when I needed them — except that I couldn’t access more than a handful of files (many wouldn’t even appear, and the ones that did appear didn’t download correctly). This could be such a great feature if it actually worked. I hope the Backblaze team will work to make this a functioning feature.
This works great for personal accounts. It’s only advertised as a feature for personal accounts. B2 Cloud storage does not offer this app as a feature.
Hi Guys. App works great. But I find it a bit slow when navigating files. Hopefully you can speed up.
Don't even try this if you're a B2 subscriber. Apparently we don't deserve access to our files.
Puts dropbox and icloud to shame
Thanks for fixing the annoying verification code issue and for stabilizing the download process and for providing a download progress bar. So far, so good.
To backup your mobile devices, you have to copy the files from mobile devices to a computer (where BackBlaze backup software is running), that’s not so convenient. Also you can’t restore a file bigger than 30MB to your mobile devices. You have to download the file first to your computer and then transfer it to your mobile device. I wish there’s a Settings where people can decide whether to remove the 30MB size limit for restoring/downloading files on mobile devices. The 30MB restriction should be active only if on cellular connection (not WiFi).
