Amazing App redesign
Fully functional and easy to use. Now I have access to all my files everywhere. Fast to download raw photos or videos and play them back. Optionally delete everything in the downloads folder on exit for increased security.
Buggy app - can’t sign in
Doesn’t allow me to sign in. I receive a session timeout error. I was just about to buy a 2 year subscription - lucky I tested the app first. Will be looking for another more reliable service instead.

Won't Open
Crashes on App Start.
Really disappointing
I have to login every time I switch back to the app, AND it forgets which directory I was looking at.
Crashes on launch both on iPhone SE and iPad Pro
Backup app that you can't launch. Nice 👍
Was working, now can't log in
Can't get past the log in screen on iPhone or iPad. Was working up until the last week or so. Now the app is useless.

This app won't open
Great but not.
Not sure if the app needs an update but when I click "save login details" and come back later the app constantly crashes. Have to sign in every time for it to work. Also what's with the 30MB limit to download? I can understand on cellular data but even on WiFi? Apart from those it's a great app, easy to use and can see everything that I've backed up.
