Bugs (need to be fixed)

The audio media player inside the app hides the waveform so you can’t scroll back and/or forth. Also the app doesn’t remember login, even when selecting the option to remember login. So everytime I open the app after a day I have to re-login every single time. Issues happen on multiple devices.

Network Error

A shame the app no longer works. While trying to log in, the error message -Network Error- appears. Will it be fixed soon?

Update not working

Since last update not working anymore. Cannot login anymore.

Update made it a lot worse

I know how much work it is to build an app, but the last (redesign) update made the app even worse. I can’t get past the login screen now. The login screen has an alpha / opacity view over the whole screen, making the login button and face ID toggle appear disabled. I still can’t login due to 2FA, I get ‘network error 599’ but I do get a text message, there’s just no way to enter the received code. I love Backblaze but you guys just don’t know how to do apps (probably hired an external comany). Hope this will all be fixed soon9

Crashing

Must sign in multiple times. Private key is said to be wrong but is accepted anyway 😳 Crashes when trying to access backup Useless

Since ios11 it crashes when I try to authenticate with finger print ID.

Basic but does the job

This is a frontend for your backups at backblaze. It lacks a lot of possible features, but then again, I can understand why they don't want this to be some sort of file browser and just focus on the basics. It could really use a proper iPad version though.
