How to play Backgammon:
- Classic Backgammon is a logic puzzle for two, played on a board of 24 triangles called points.
- Each player sits on the opposite sides of the board with 15 checkers, black or white.
- To start the game, players take turns and roll the dice.
- Players move pieces based on the numbers rolled. For example, if you roll 2 and 5, you can move one piece 2 points and another one 5 points. Alternatively, you can move one piece 7 points.
- Once all of a player’s pieces are in his or her “home”, that player may begin removing pieces off of the board.
- A player wins once all of their pieces are removed from the board.
A few more things to know:
- Rolling two of the same number allows you to move 4 times. For example, for a roll of 4 and 4, you can move a total of 16 points, although each piece must move 4 points at a time.
- You cannot move a piece to a point that is occupied by 2 or more of your opponent’s pieces
- If you move a piece to a point with only 1 of your opponent’s pieces on it, the rival’s piece is removed from the board and placed on the middle partition.

Deffo rigged dice
It’s a shame the game is a money taker it’s platform is good. however, played it without any purchases 50/50 win ratio, fair split in doubles rolled. Once purchased made, very little games won. Doubles rolled against me unbelievable, when I catch opponent they always roll the right number to get back on the board , I don’t . When we’re both taken off the high doubles appear again for opponent. If you get this game I advise not to purchase anything. This is the second time I’ve down loaded this game over a couple of years and it’s still the same.
Good but….
Easy to use and good games but I don’t think it does give fair dice rolls. AI is good at giving itself doubles esp towards end of game.

Nice game, far too easy to win though, the AI is not very good…
Fair dice rolls!
Just about the only one I’ve found that doesn’t have rigged dice. Lovely smooth gameplay, really well designed. But…it’s too easy! The AI isn’t challenging enough and unless I’m missing something there’s no other option. If the devs can find a way of making it possible to play friends it would be the best backgammon app out there

Yep good game BUT
Love this game but spoilt as ALL DOUBLES SUDDENLY FLY INTO OPPONENT MACHINE at end of game when I am obviously winning. Very few doubles appear on mine ever!!!! Love game but you need to sort this ASAP otherwise forget it......find another backgammon app folks. Mind you, my review hasn't been uploaded yet & have reviewed at least 4 times!!!

Good game…but!
It’s fun to play but the computer doesn’t know how to play the game well and loses by moving the wrong pieces too often so it’s not a real challenge!
Naivety is the name of the game.
There is little sophistication in this. In the one game I played, given a situation where I am well ahead in a running game and the App gets double four, running the two men holding my four point out and ending al contact condemned the App to a loss. No-one with any inkling of how to play Backgammon would do this.
