Bahnwebsitr blockt Einlösung der Bonuspunkte für Freifahrten.
Anmeldung
vereinfachen, zumal in der Bahn kein Empfang. Digitalisierung Bahncard 100 und Kontakt über app auch ernst meinen; bisher nur gleicher Support mit noch öfter durchstellen… Auch bessere digitale Bahnprämien für ihre Bahncard 100 Kunden zur Verfügung stellen, z. B. upgrade 1. Klasse über app, etc. Danke!
So sicher, dass ich mich nicht mehr anmelden kann
Das neue Sicherheitsverfahren verhindert eine Anmeldung. App funktioniert nicht mehr. Hilfe ist auch nicht in Sicht (App löschen und neu laden hilft auch nichts). Schade.

MEINE BAHN PUNKTE WURDEN GESCAMMED ICH HASSE DB
HCaptchas verwirrend und funktionieren nicht
Abgefragt werden die sonderbarsten Konstellationen, die dann nich nicht einmal funktionieren. Beispiel: Gezeigt wird ein Koala, dann die Frage, auf welchem Tierbild das Fell dem Koalafell am ähnlichsten ist. Schon klar: Nicht das von Elefanten und Schildkröten. Dafür das von drei Affen? Nein, klappt auch nicht. Dies ist nur EIN Beispiel. Ich bin jedenfalls nicht reingekommen.
