Guys, it’s iPad OS 17.2, it’s 2023, and you are still forcing users to tilt their ipads with keyboards sideways to use your silly app which is really just a glorified webpage, because you don’t allow the OS to rotate the app and tweak the layout somewhat. To say this is disappointing is saying nothing.

Sometime app it stuck in unauthorized state. Back to login triggers some loading animation for a second and nothing else happens, back to log in button does completely nothing. First time I experienced it I contacted the team directly, maybe 0,5 a year ago. They suggested to remove the app and then install it again. Ok one time can happen. But it happens basically each time I want to use the app (like once every 1- 2 months). That is pain.

The notifications remain on your app and and phone even after you've clicked on them directly and read them.

Awesome app: I can request time off, clock in & out & upload documents.

Why doesn’t the amount of notifications inside the app match the red number on the app icon?

I love having so much information available easily, but the badge notification is broken on mine. I have seen all alerts and clicked on all the clickable things in the entire app, but it still has a red dot with a 4 in it. Nothing makes it go away except for turning off badges. 🤷‍♂️

I’ve had a super annoying red notification alert on my app that won’t go away…I’ve searched the app high and low but there’s no notifications to clear!!

Good app to allow remote access but the notification symbol never clears and says I have 2 new items however there is nothing new and nothing for me to approve

I and several other employees who use iPhone have notifications on the BambooHR icon that will not clear. I would rate this app higher if this issue were resolved.

I don’t mind the app but it keeps telling me that I have a notification and I have gone through the app and looked at every possible thing and I do not see anything that is new. It’s rather annoying.
