Dis not allow the time off for Easter

We are all mobile but the app is too basic . The entire system needs more functionality to be equal to others on the market i feel. We went with BambooHR but quickly discovered it has too many limitations and too little functions.

A little unpolished - doesn’t even auto-rotate for full screen usage. Needs some investment I feel.

On bamboohr website, my inbox is full of documents to read and sign, but I can’t sign on my iPad Pro, because buttons just don’t work on their PDF viewer. On bamboohr app, my inbox is empty. But it does allow me to apply for a holiday. Which I could do, if I could sign the documents, which the app does not display and the website does not allow me to actually sign.

Crashes every time you try to save a contact locally. Put in 2 tickets to fix over last 3 months but no updates. Really annoying because when contacts call me back or text me I have no idea who they are. Very slow fixes - could do a lot better for a critical bug in core functionality

All the basic functions, super easy to use and great interface!

Fine for basic use of looking up colleagues contact details when away from the office, acts like an employee address book. Other functions also basic. Shame you cannot use the ATS functions at all.

The notifications remain on your app and and phone even after you've clicked on them directly and read them.

Awesome app: I can request time off, clock in & out & upload documents.

Why doesn’t the amount of notifications inside the app match the red number on the app icon?
