Why doesn’t the amount of notifications inside the app match the red number on the app icon?

I love having so much information available easily, but the badge notification is broken on mine. I have seen all alerts and clicked on all the clickable things in the entire app, but it still has a red dot with a 4 in it. Nothing makes it go away except for turning off badges. 🤷‍♂️

I’ve had a super annoying red notification alert on my app that won’t go away…I’ve searched the app high and low but there’s no notifications to clear!!

Good app to allow remote access but the notification symbol never clears and says I have 2 new items however there is nothing new and nothing for me to approve

I and several other employees who use iPhone have notifications on the BambooHR icon that will not clear. I would rate this app higher if this issue were resolved.

I don’t mind the app but it keeps telling me that I have a notification and I have gone through the app and looked at every possible thing and I do not see anything that is new. It’s rather annoying.

Really annoying not existent notification that is showing on the app icon that won’t clear even though I do not have any unread notifications when I open the app.

Nothing special, it has little corks like showing a message but can’t find the message anywhere. You click on trust browser and it still doesn’t so you have to go through the code every time.
