The app from Bangkok Air give me the impression to be an outdated website. Tickets can be purchased within the app which is the only positive.. The app was not able to find our reservations for flights and then tested both me and three friends. I'm afraid to fly, and when an airline not even have an simpel thing as an app thats work in a phone or iPad - it feels like chances are they manage to take me between two points in a plane is very low.

Not automatically synced flights under the same flyerbonus account (ie. Manually add flights). To see new tabs take too long time after clicking button. Have much less functions than the flight website.

PLEASE make your app as good as you airline there is such a disconnect between the experience on the plane and the digital. I will leave it there you have an amazing DNA as a company make sure it is applied everywhere. 🙏🏻

Love the app, but there’s a pressing issue with the UI—some elements are overlapping, making it impossible to tap certain icons. Eagerly hoping this gets resolved quickly, as it’s affecting the core app experience. Thank you for addressing this soon!

แรกๆใช้(เริ่มใช้มิย66) กว่าจะเปลี่ยนหน้าเมนูแต่ละทีช้ามาก อาศัยเช็คราคา ดูตั๋วที่จองไว้ แต่ตค66 แอพเป็นไรไม่รู้ เข้าไปค้างตลอด กดอะไรต่อไม่ได้เลย ทำอะไรไม่ได้เลย ต้องลบแอพทิ้งอย่างเดียว เพราะไม่มีคุณค่าให้โหลดไว้

Can't reach Account due to UI not update to Dynamic Island. Can't believe that Application still not update!! Can reach back button, can't do anything in App. USELESS APP!!
