Bank Zero

I am so happy I found this Bank. I have been paying massive bank fees with other banks. This is a Bank I would recommend as an opportunity to grow wealth and prosperity. Transparency on fees is refreshing and I am excited to see more services come in. Thank you Zero Bank

It is incredibly efficient. Easy to use and set up. Using bank zero has made saving and budgeting more successful and fun in my life. I also really love that the account tiles are customisable and you can visually see the progress of your goals.

The app needs gets a bit of getting-used-to as it is unlike other banking apps, but everytime I needed clarity and asked a quick question from inside the app I received a very detailed response very quickly. And in every case that was enough to solve my issue. Overall the app is very easy to use and the backup is excellent.

I have been with the bank since launch i love how quick they are answering emails and WhatsApps also the app is smooth on my iPhone can’t wait for more features to be added also the update of UI i know maybe in the future but so far loving the bank and its Zero Fees not leaving

I love the app and the zero fees. As a techy myself, I can easily figure out how the app works, bur a non techy might struggle navigating the app. Basically as all other reviews state, please work on improving your UI.

After yet another one of the big banks paraded their breathtaking incompetence in my face when it came to them actually holding up their part of the relationship, I made Bank Zero my personal and business account home. It’s been well over a year and I’ve never looked back. Some teething glitches here and there, but the team’s commitment to solving problems quickly is refreshing. Just this week I had a problem with Proof of Payments not coming through on my e-mails, and within an hour of me notifying the team it was all sorted. Can’t wait to see what added features come through in 2024! Keep up the great work🙌🏽

It might not be the prettiest bank, but their app and customer service work beautifully. They're transparent with their prices and over deliver on their service. Highly recommended for business banking.

Impressed with the level of customer service. Love the fact that the monthly statements are for full calender months, unlike my previous bank. The ability to import the CSV files to Excel is a gamechanger for budgeting.

This banking app is worthless. I have been a user since the beta testing days, and it’s even more defunct now that it has ever been before! I wanted to update my mobile number because when I log in, it keeps telling me “Error: Suspicious Behaviour” - your mother is suspicious man! So I added myself as a user again with the new phone number and now it throws errors and I had to upload new Biometrics that has to be manually verified now. I am so glad I never switched over to Zero for good because in the years that I’ve used it I have had more bloody headaches, problems and exceptions thrown than monkeys fling their faeces in a cage at the local zoo! I am withdrawing my funds and closing my accounts, not trusting these terrible developers with my money. Sorry but NO, this us unacceptable. How do I even contact you people to fix this mess now?!

I changed to another phone. Tried to log in by entering my details. App not happy because location is not enabled. So I enable location. Cannot log in because the app has to be closed and opened again, so I do that. Have to input all the details again. App not happy because it needs camera permission. So I enable that. Darn app back at login screen and have to input ALL the deatails AGAIN. ! I do that but it is not happy to capture details. I'm done jumping through the hoops. Please close the account. I'm wiping this cumbersome story off from my phone.
