Doesn’t send notifications
Fix your app please. It’s always one problem or the other. The reason Touch ID is there is so that OTP logins are not necessary. Mandating OTP login despite using biometric login is NOT user intuitive! Why is your app not sending notifications for transactions? No in-app notification, no mail notification. What kind of mobile banking service are you running?? I just hassled someone needlessly over not sending money they were supposed to. It turns out the person did send it FOUR days ago, but your app did not deem it fit or necessary to notify me of a credit transaction — or any transaction, for that matter. No mail notification, either! I will definitely stop using Barter. Between you and Zenith, I don’t know who’s worse.
