Fix your app please. It’s always one problem or the other. The reason Touch ID is there is so that OTP logins are not necessary. Mandating OTP login despite using biometric login is NOT user intuitive! Why is your app not sending notifications for transactions? No in-app notification, no mail notification. What kind of mobile banking service are you running?? I just hassled someone needlessly over not sending money they were supposed to. It turns out the person did send it FOUR days ago, but your app did not deem it fit or necessary to notify me of a credit transaction — or any transaction, for that matter. No mail notification, either! I will definitely stop using Barter. Between you and Zenith, I don’t know who’s worse.

Please bring back your virtual card services the rest out there are nonsense

I’ve not been able to send money or buy air time

Your business app suggests that users can send funds to Nigeria but I’ve just downloaded the personal app to send money and Nigeria is not on the list.

Not only have I never experienced any technical issue with Barter, I love how it prompts us to update the app when an update is available it simply means they want us to have the BEST version at all times. I love it! ❤️Keep it up Flutterwave! The security is also 100% ! Best best best app! Thank you so much for filling this gap in Africa!

Bad experience as a new user and I am not impressed with all the reviews. We keep killing ourself with very dead service

I’ve been unable to receive money for weeks now

The app opens and when i want to withdraw from my dollar card, the Barter sign just keeps turning...fix this please!

Avoid by all means. Deposited some funds but wasn’t reflecting on my account. Contacted the customer services but they insisted not to have received any payment and can’t issue a refund. SCAM!!!!
