I have tried to reach out to you people on almost every platform. And just now I updated the app and I can’t even sign in again. I need to just get my balance off into my main bank account and it keeps telling me to verify my BVN which I’ve done severally but still fails. And I got a message that y’all are closing finally? If this wasn’t a scam how come several customers can’t get their balance off with the same complain and y’all are still saying you want to close?!

This app stole my money I made a transaction it didn’t go through for days and I never got a refund

It just shows me service unavailable try again later.. I can’t add money to the app anymore
